Voices of Haiti
A daily photo essay by Jeremy Cowart
“Love Conquers All.”
We heard that evening that there was a wedding taking place. Immediately we started driving around in the general area where the wedding was and we finally found it. The bride and groom were walking out the door as we pulled up. We explained the concept and they agreed right away. As soon as we asked them if they knew what they had to say, they wrote down “Love Conquers All.” It was a stunning statement for such a devastating time of need. After the photo was taken, we drove them to their “honeymoon” in a tent city.

What a fantastic idea Jeremy. It’s swell that you are always looking for the good in people and not a gore junkie.
Good on you,
Jeremy, thank you for your amazing outreach to the people of Haiti. I am curious though… once all photos are released, will you put them in a book to be sold?
Again, thank you for being a difference maker.

This one is so prophetic… He is coming for His bride…in the midst of shaking and suffering.
Beautiful work . I am following will on Twitter…Keep using your talents and gifts to show the world that He is REAL.
Jeremy:
I found your site through a Danes Sanders link (I follow on FB). The comment above by Soraya is so true and echos what I was thinking when I saw this image. Life goes on for God’s children who survived and hope is quite alive. Thank you and God bless.
This has to be the most moving wedding photo of the year. It captures beautiful moment in the midst of unfathomable tragedy. Love truly does conquer all.

I really like this one and the title you give to it.
This is by far my favorite photo. I cried even when I thought there were no more tears to shed for my beloved country and for my HEROs( my brothers and sisters in Haiti). They are indeed my HERO. Love conquers…all.
